bedroom, complete bathroom, kitchen with
electrical appliances leads out onto outside
dining terrace, dining room and sitting room
with fireplace . First Floor: ensuite double
room, double room and single room with
shared bathroom. 300m2 of enclosed
private garden.
LOCATION
Ideally located in Pravia (Asturias) Spain.
Pravia is a peaceful and quiet village of
6,000 inhabitants with lots of good
restaurants and bars with terraces .It is in
the heart of the Asturias central coast, 10 m
from the airport of Asturias (Ryan Air and
Easyjet), 30 m from Oviedo and Gijón, 15m.
from Avilés with the Niemeyer Centre and
only 10 m. away from lots of beautiful sandy
beaches. In the surrounding area there are
a wide selection of possibilities , suiting all
tastes, both with nature and culture. There
also several golf courses quite near.
